A Quote
“Instead of rebuilding unneeded roads, why not remove them and invest in recreation?”
The Inside Scoop
This two sided, 1/2 sheet sized, color flyer was part of a promotional materials package designed to educate and mobilize members of the communities surrounding Mt. Hood.
The goal was to get folks to put pressure on the Forest Service to remove logging roads on the one hand, and bolster maintenance for roads which provide recreational access on the other.
While the design for this piece is, admittedly, somewhat on the busy side, the actual image resources—and production time—at my disposal for the project were severely limited.
Notwithstanding, this piece provided the major visual draw for the promotional packet, and served as a great tool for drawing folks into the conversation about the future of recreation access on Mt. Hood.
My Favorite Part
I really dig the layout on the back of the flyer, with the four images and the darker image of Mt. Hood.
